What should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete intake forms. For return visits, arrive 5-10 minutes early to relax and prepare.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any amount or specific services. They can be purchased in-spa or over the phone.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in service prices. Industry standard is 15-20% for excellent service, but tipping is always optional.
